@PC1310 what Sky tv system are you using? Choice of Sky Q, Sky Stream or Sky Glass. If the former you need to call Sky as your dish may need attention. If Stream or Sky go into the setiings area and open the Network tab as thst will tell you if its an issue with the wifi signal reaching the unit.
