Ive had sky broadband for 4 days and wifi keeps dropping out,

My wifi keeps dropping out, only had sky for 3 days, had no problems at all with virgin before that, so not related to my kit in the house.

I jave been on the sky app looking for somewhere to get help but it just keeps leading me to this community, so here asking you for help!

Hi, I've been having this issue as well. It only seems to affect the mobile phones in the house though, the other devices we use worn without issues. On phones the connection drops for a few seconds and then comes back.

@Gomezdad  I would give Sky a call and ask them if they can see these drops with you being within your cooling off period that if it can't be fixed gives you a chance to move without extra cost.
