Italy modem is getting orange light when there are many requests
I live in Italy and for example when I'm on my cell phone watching something on Netflix and I click very quickly to pass 15 seconds the modem turns on the orange light and then comes back, if I continue to do this it goes back to orange.

@JuanP You need to contact Sky Italia not Sky UK who don't operate in Italy.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
