Prices increase once a year with the annual price increase in April. Other than that it increases if your discounted deal ends. By the way this is a forum whereby Sky customers try to help other customers. You aren’t talking to Sky Customer Services.

The annual price rise applied by all ISPs in April 2023 was based on the official UK rate of inflation in December 2022, and that rate was historically high.  Sky, unlike some others, did not add a fixed percentage on top of this rate.

However, it seems to me a lot, I will look at other providers to see what prices they have and if you have the better price, I will give up on you

Typically all ISPs offer lower cost subscriptions to new subscribers: prices then increase significantly at the end of the initial discounted period

This is a standard business practice across the industry.

It appears you missed the bit in my first reply that said we are customers and you aren't talking to Sky.
