We don't know even how to fix issue . Sky charging money to call engineer or get a help . It was sudden shut down . We all family member without internet .
there is no coverage in the first floor backside bedroom even in normal days .
1st month they charge £19 and from second they start charging £23

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
