It’s been just second month of using sky and it’s start giving trouble . Suddenly my net stop

We don't know even how to fix issue . Sky charging money to call engineer or get a help . It was sudden shut down . We all family member without internet . 
there is no coverage in the first floor backside bedroom even in normal days . 
1st month they charge £19 and from second they start charging £23

@Angara Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
