It is saying I have good WiFi on the WiFi checker but I have red lights on the hub and non of the internet is working

Find out more@4Yaz the test shows the result of the last routine test when first loaded you need to click to run the broadband test to get what may be known about any current outage. The thunder storms a lot of the country are currently getting are likely to cause outages. If the test does not show Sky are aware of a fault affecting your area give them a call.
