It appears there's been an issue with your order

I was looking to get a contract with sky but after completing the order last night, I'm seeing 

"It appears there's been an issue with your order"

when I click on the "action required for sky hub delivery.

Hi @KinKita have you recieved an email(s) with your contract documents and confirming your order?

I've just received an email saying "thank you for choosing sky" but no contracts have been recieved in my emails unfortunately.

All you can do is to call Sky if that error message is still there.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
