Issues with the broadband in my home on a daily basis.

I am a new Sky customer and I every single day the internet goes out and fails to load. The broadband router goes orange for roughly 30 minutes, every day. I work from home and I need to have uninterrupted use of the internet, which Sky is not able to provide. Please assist.

The Sky router is located downstairs in the living room, next to the landline. I have been provided with Sky streaming boxes that are located in the living room and the master bedroom.
