Good Afternon,
I am having issues with my WIFI being connected to my iPhone. The connection to my phone is extremely poor, very slow to load anything on my phone when looking through social media.
I have tested the connection from the broadband to my phone on the website, and it says that everything looks good.
But it isn't, it's very frustrating paying for something if it isn't offering my the full service.
