Issues with broadband after home move

Hi

I moved home on Thursday and was told broadband would be scheduled to be switched on today and I needed no cables just plug the equipment in and it will work, I have since realised I have nowhere to plug the part of equipment in I was using at old address and no LAN cable, speaking to sky on whatsapp but cannot send pics, anyone able to help and suggest next steps, I will attach pics of what I have/don't have 🙈

Thanks 🖤

@MG71287  You need an ethernet cable (cat 5e) from the ONT to the wan port of your hub, you can purchase one for a few quid.

The microfilter in your pictures is redundant you don't need it with a Full Fibre connection.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
