Issues with Line Installation

Hello,

A company called Open Reach came out to my house today to fit a device to the front of my house so that I could upgrade my internet package. Unfortunately, I am disappointed because they made a mess of the previous wire by leaving it dangling from the roof.

Is there a way I can get them back to sort the mess out?

Kind regards.

Openreach (a division of BT Group) is the monopoly supplier and maintainer of the UK telecoms network which evolved over the century up to privatisation in the 1980s.  Sky, like all similar ISPs, are obliged to contract with Openreach for all such work.

You'd have to do that through Sky: Openreach typically won't talk to domestic users.
