We recently had an issue where Sky had to get BT to fix a problem with us being able to use our Landline Phone (ramdomly we lost our dialtone, couldn't make or receive calls).
That problem has been resolved, however it seems too much of a co-incidence that we now seem to be incurring a higher amount of drop outs with our Fibre Broadband, which happens maybe once or twice a day.
Any assistance would be appreciated. Usually connectivity is restored within 5 or so minutes, but obviously it's a bit of a frustration when working from home, and usually having several conference calls during a day.
