There is an issue where some company vpns have an issue connecting to the white Sky Max hubs. This is caused by the way Sky now assign IP4 addresses. The world has run out of IP4 addresses so Sky like many other isps, and mobile operators have to assign multiple customers to a single address. The method Sky uses is called MAP-T which upsets some VPN systems.
It is not a mass issue it is confined to probably no more than a thousand customers out of 6 million. The issue can be tested for and resolved by following the instructions in this post UPnP set up.

I can't say I fully agree with @Chrisee for my case. My router was already mapped 1:1. Speaking with the sky engineer he agreed this was a known issue and a software patch would fix the issue (which will be rolled out on mass in due course to the routers). He rolled it out to my router and it no longer showing any mapping. (When I get home I can post a screenshot here), but fixed my VPN issues.

Find out more@l_hint Sounds like support removed MAP-T entirely for you which is possible but Sky ask that customers try the other fixes first as although its possible it is just postponing the issue as sharing IP addresses is inevitable as there is a strictly limited number of IP4 addresses.
