Issues connecting my cctv and printer to WiFi

Hi since having sky broadband fitted I am unable to get my cctv and will fi printer connect to the box so I can remotely view the cctv and print document off from my printer.  I have had an engineer out and he could not help. Even connecting it via cable does not work. Any ideas anyone.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

@AndyBshaw can you clarify whether the problem is you cannot access the printer or camera when not at home or thst the camera and printer are not connected to the hub at all? The two have different solutions.

Re: Issues connecting my cctv and printer to WiFi

When we were with talk talk we could view our cctv on our IPhones when we were away. We had also linked our printer through the WiFi so we could print off documents while we were at home.
Now we cannot view our cctv  on our iPhones and we also cannot print any documents off. On the front of the printer it shows it's connected to the WiFi but when we search for the printer to link to the phone it's not there. Same for our cctv lights are on but no one is home to coin a phrase.

Can you print from any other device in the household via WiFi?

@AndyBshaw

Do a factory reset of both pieces of equipment and try again.
