Issues TV -internet connection with Sky Q box and also the mini Sky Q box

When I press the home button to bring up channels or the apps.  I get this message:

 

"It looks like you do not have internet connection right now.  If you're already set-up we'll keep trying to connect.

 

If you have changed your internet password or router you need to reconnect to your network.


Go to Settings and check your network connection status to reset".

 

I have done all this and still no joy its like it is frozen - Please send out a SKY Engineer to sort this out.

You will need to ring sky about this, we are all fellow customers on here like yourself

@shazza3uk  Is this to do with Sky Q by any chance?
