Find out more@VipulS Sky cannot match a forum post to an order so you need to talk firectly to them so I am escalating your post to the team who support the forum. When the puck up the poost they will invite you onto an online chstvttrough thecforum whereca chat icon will appear. They should be able to tell you what is going on.
