We were informed today that there was a fault with our broadband, outside the property and open reach engineer would come. We have also been advised that we have not been having the speed we signed up to. An engineer from open reach came today, whatever he has done has made the internet in the house worse and we cannot connect, we have turned off the router and turned it back on again.
