Issue internet connection to open prime and now on smart tv
Since we have had sky broadband we keep getting message that there is Internet connection issue when we are opening the prime and now app, we can open the netflix app and watch it with now issue.
Can you please help with this issue.

@Snowball1st What speed does the network test within prime give you that you are getting from your router?
