Internet connection problems all the time

Been with sky broadband for years and I’m now having the same issue. Constantly losing connection yet when I run tests on the website it says it’s all good.

Exactly the same, was initially told that my internet speed was likely the problem so upgraded and still having the same issue.  

Online checker says everything's fine but I have no internet and with sky glass is extremly annoying
