We have issues looking at anything on our phones when using WiFi - are my firewalls too closed in? We all need to switch to 4G to enalbe us to view anything other than browsing.

been with Sky close to 6 years. same house. We find we switch to 4g when opening emails, or downloading a video. We wonder if our WiFi is working because we cannot access say a link someone shares on whatsapp, or try to watch something.

It's possible that some of your browsing is being blocked by Sky Broadband Shield settings though: that's a filtering system separate and in addition to the firewall.

Thanks that could be it. I've deselected most on the shield - let's see if we get a better user experience- thank you 😊
