Is it possible to connect a third party VoIP phone to sky fibre ?

I have  a new job .which has provided me with a new Voip Phone -but It will not connect to my Sky Fibre . Do the router settings need changing ?

The only directly applicable setting is this one:

You might also want to change Broadband Shield to its lowest setting.
