It's working now (Bolton) If it's a system update they really need to be transparent and let people know. This would stop a lot of unnecessary upset!

West Sussex, same thing happened to me same time Monday night/Tuesday morning. Called sky had an open reach engineer out today who did every check possible and no issues. Same red light on LOS as everyone else.
Also when I try and log in to my sky I get message saying they are doing maintenance.
Have never had this before and been with sky ages.

Nope. Just tried the 'Test my connection' on Sky's help page, which just gives the message 'Apolodies. We're currently updating our systems. Come back later'
if this is s planned update they should do it at 3-4am, when mostly all are offline and asleep!

Same in Worthing, West Sussex.
happened Monday Night/Tuesday morning as well. Seems to be a maintenance / update issue.
have been with Sky over 10 Germans and now on the fibre and have never had this issue before.
they need to get it fixed!

It says "no known issues" when I enter my phone number. But there's definitely an issue with my phone and broadband.
