Is broadband Down? As it’s not connected

Hi, is anyone else got it where Internet connection has dropped? All of a sudden about 10 minutes ago my Internet dropped and it hasn't picked back up. I've tried resetting it and I've tried unplugging it and it's not working. Is there any chance anyone can help me and let me know if it's a normal thing with sky?

Reset the router, still down.

hi. yeah mine was the same. just suddenly cut off. was off for around 20 minutes. got it back on now. i reset the router.

Down in TN13 (Kent) but Sky online are saying no issues.

Mine is down too birmingham tryed rest and nothing

Mine has done exactly the same. Seems to be a regualr occurance for sky, joined not more than 3 months ago and ive been on the phone to them on multiple occasions. Probably the worst decision I've made all year unfortunately. My old provided never had this many issues and inconveniences.

Fibre down in CH66 as well. Got a red light on 'LOS' on BT Open reaches box on the wall. Based on the comments above looks like a major outage? Cannot even log intoy sky app as it's ' under maintenance'... Hubby's not happy as he's working from home.
