Is Sky blocking access to FC25 game connection?

We're trying to connect to the FC25 football game on our Switch, but we keep getting a message in game saying "EA servers are unavailable right now. Please try again later." However, we've tried repeatedly for about 6 months and every time we've got this message, so I think it must be something with our Sky Internet blocking access. I've tried clearing the Broadband Shield to make sure gaming is allowed. Has anyone else had a similar issue, and how did you resolve it? Appreciate it could be something to do with the game, but I suspect it's internet related. Thanks

Its unlikely to be a Sky issue otherwise you would see thousands of reports on this. When you say you cleared broadband shield, do you mean you have disabled it completely?
