Is Full Fibre installation better that Superfast broadband

I am being offered Sky Full Fibre broadband. Is that better than my current Superfast broadband

I have been  on fttp gigafast  broadband  since  January  this  year  and it is brilliant. I was on superfast  before  that

Broadband through optical fibre does have the huge advantage of being a purpose-made 21st century data distribution method rather than something bodged onto copper 'phone' cabling which Alexander Graham Bell would recognise...

 

Aside from the potential speed increase (more than tenfold faster then even the best FTTC if you opt for a gigabit FTTP product) it removes the potential failure modes inherent to running electrical current through a pair of badly protected wires in an increasingly extreme climate.
