Irregular connect. Escalation of ongoing issues

I have been on hold for 40 minutes!

this is an escalation from my previous fault reported a few weeks ago. I received a text to say the fault was fixed - this was never the case. 
our connection is in and out. We need to hotspot to work from home. 
I am still on hold.
