Lately getting worse to having to go on 4 g on iphones and ipads to actually access internet any ideas tried switching off hub etc no change

I'm the same having to keep switching WiFi off and using mobile data whilst in house, tried everything but keeps saying all ok etc.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Moddy68 & @Pricey62 do the phones connect well in the room where the Sky hubis? If they do but lose signal further away you may need to buy some wifi kit to extend your network. Streaming is also affected by interference from neighbour's networks again the solution is getting a better wifi network in your home. Unfortunately a Sky hub on its own wont cut it in many homes.
