Invisible VPN via Sky router

As of today I cannot watch Prime Video because I am connected via a VPN on my TV and my computer (they are not connected) but I don't have a VPN on either.

Prime insist it must be Sky who have changed something so I've reset the router and the TV but it will not change. Amazon Prime have virtually quit trying after an hour as they are sure there's a VPN or a new proxy service causing the problem. Sky have closed for the day because who cares about customers who spend £600 per year?

@webwolfhound  Are you able to tell us what broadband shield is set to, by defualt this is set to PG-13 just to rule this out as being the cause.

Could you also check that your IP address is based in the UK also using the link below.

Hi, did you solve this problem? I have been having a similar problem but on my xbox. It insists that my location is outside the UK. I have checked the ip address who says I'm in the UK but just can't get it to work.

Thanks

@Dizzylynny

Switch off your hub for 30mins, it will fetch a new public IP and hopefully register you inside the UK
