Internmittent wifi drop out

All lights stay green on the router

restarted and still same issue

reseated the cable from wall to router, same persistent drop out

dropouts last from 30seconds to 5 mins max

cant figure out a pattern, very random

stops wifi working affecting laptops, phones, tv etc

any advice?
