Hey. Today my internet connection dropped at around 9:20pm. I have looked at the app and it told me it may take 2-3 days to fix? Im not exactly sure what the issue is and we have been given no insight apart from that and im wondering is there a way to overcome this issue? It
is a pain as I live with 3 kids and have regular family visiting. Thanks.

If the issue is on your line only and it outside of your property then Openreach have to come out to the location of the fault to fix it and they usually aim to do this with 3-5 working days so if it is showing 2-3 days then hopefully it will be fixed quicker.
