is the sky internet down in ballyclare. As my sky internet box the internet light is soild orange

Appears to be an outage as below

The most recent outage reports and issues originated from Belfast, Newtownabbey, Greenisland, Antrim, Ballymena, Carrickfergus, Larne, Ballyclare and Castlereagh.

Nevertheless call sky on 150 from a sky landline or
zero three three three seven five nine one zero one eight from any other phone

Slow 17mb  the internet went off Friday night about 17.00 pm
