I have had no internet for the past 2/3 days now. I've tried everything the sky app and website are telling me to do and now they have booked me a engineer but it saying when they are coming. I am a mum of 4 that works so I need to know when I need to be home for this

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Mahala mostvengineers work remotely to diagnose faults if the system saw that a home visit was necessary it would have asked you to call in to sort that and agree a time..
