For last several weeks having daily issues with internet dropping, lights are green on router butit keeps freezing on devices or TV. Tried switching the box on & off disconnecting all devices, everything has been suggested we have tried.

Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThere doesnt look to be anything wrong initally, your WAN & WiFi uptimes are good however your upstream speed is low considering your attenuation and available downstream speed if you were to upgrade.
What exactly happens when you experience a drop out?

We were sure if it was the router itself being the issue as we have had it 4yrs
Any devices that are connected to the WiFi looses connection & whichever ever app we are streaming on the programme strop & we have to switch off & reboot the router
