Since getting my sky glass tv it seems to have affected my internet signal in other rooms upstairs, 

any suggestions?

If you previously had sky q tv then the sky q box and any sky q minis would have acted as a mesh. With them gone you may have to think about booster sky boxes under sky broadband boost or wall to wall wifi to bridge the gap left by the missing sky box and sky minis
