Internet working on some devices but not all after powercut

Hi we had a power cut 2 days ago, as soon as it was off it came back on, after the broadband stopped working. We have internet on a tv and Amazon kids kindle. But our sky glass and our phones are unable to connect. I have turned the router off for 5 mins, I have reset the sky glass and put details in again but nothing. The router is green but nothing is connecting. And your internet sight is telling me all is good. Please advise?

Yes a tv can get Netflix and my kids kindle. But our phones, and Sky glass no.

Just been told by my daughter that it's dropped out on her kindle but can still get Netflix on an old tv

@Adman Would suggest, you switch them all off, leave the 5 mins, then router on first give it the 5 minutes it needs to boot up and show you it is connected, then bring your devices online after that.

Have just gone through this process in the way you explained and still nothing. The router shows all green dots but no broadband to connect the phones and sky glass.

@Adman What does the service checker show you, you may have to run it over your mobile broadband since you say that you have no wireless wi-fi connection to the Internet through your hub. Link below for you.
