Internet won’t support a teams call or internet banking

We upgraded our service on 21/10/24 and have noticed a marked drop in our service . The service hasn't been great for a while and we thought if we upgraded to the best connection we could get it would resolve the issues.

before we moved to sky we had a 56 meg connection with BT and this was a better service than sky provide with a 500mb connection and we only moved due to keeping these cost together with our sky account.

we need this resolved today or please cancel the upgrade and move us back to our originalconnection while I source an alternative supplier 

if I don't receive a reply please accept this a confirmation of contract termination of our up grade.

It's typically not possible to revert to a copper connection once full fibre is in place at an address: ISPs are not able to make an order for service.

 

if I don't receive a reply please accept this a confirmation of contract termination of our up grade.
