Discussion topic: Internet won’t connect to sky box and tv

We have brought a new tv for upstairs. Our internet was working down stairs on the sky tv and box. But not won't connect to the tv upstairs or to the sky tv and box downstairs. All the green lights are on but not connecting and saying unsuccessful connection.
