Internet very poor and huge latency

Since yesterday the intrenet started acting up. It's having huge spikes in latency over 300ms and i cannot use almost anything, not even to load up google. I done all the checks on sky and is saying that is not a problem anywhere and everything is working good. the spikes are so big and so long that i cannot use anything. What's going on ?

@Stefan555 The most common cause of ping spikes is packet loss due to WiFi interference so try rebooting your hub as that should cause the hub to find the least congested WiFi channels to use. However while thst may help with interference from your neighbours' wifi networks they are only one source of interference there are loads more. Other wireless devices can cause issues as can sometning like a microwave oven with a small radiation leak or a fluorescent light going bad. 

WiFi is the most likely cause but there are others but if your connection has worked well up until now and the issue affects multiple devices/aplications WiFi looks like the issue unless you can definitely rule it out.
