Discussion topic: Internet turns off during download

Whenever we start a download, our router just resets for no reason. Even if I limit the download speed as to not overload the router (which I shouldn't have to do) it will still eventually turn off.

When you say reset do you mean all lights go off or just the internet light.

The green light turns off and changes to orange, as if you turned the router off and on again. It then comes back on 1-2 minutes later.

You have a few collision packets on your LAN interface which can sometimes be a suggestion of a problem. What do you have connected via ethernet?
