I wonder if someone can help. At the moment my download speed is 20Mbs, when I did a internet speed provided by the new job recruit. I have applied for this job to WFH as a customer service but they are asking the speed of 25Mbs. I have tried to get in touch with sky, but its not helping at all. Is there a number which takes me directly to them to see whether they are able to increase this?

@Atelini do you know what broadband package you currently have ? as that may provide some clues as to wether you can upgrade to a faster speed or not

It may also be that your speed is limited due to your connectiom method. Are you connecting via WiFi or ethernet?

I'm currently on Sky Broadband Superfast 35. I have tried to opt for a the ultrafast, this is the next one up. It's currently not available in my area, but I have put my address down to be registered.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreConnect with an ethernet cable and re-run the test. If you are going to be WFH and making calls for CS you'll likely need to connect via an ethernet cable permanently anyway to ensure you dont drop connection/calls.
