My internet has been slow and shutting down constantly for weeks. My tv picture is sometimes blurred and unwatchable. I can't make a phone call or receive one because of the horrendous crackling noise on telephone and when telephone rings this also causes internet to shut down. I have been told open reach has fixed my problem on two occasions but this is clearly not the case . It still isn't working. My open reach box on wall is also faulty if it's touched it knocks internet off. At the moment it's a shambles and so frustrating. I need internet for my work and need to use landline and receive important calls but not possible at the moment. Open reach need to look at the cables directly into my home not the ones in the boxes outside.

You need to emphasize that when you call Sky, otherwise Openreach will probably schedule another external visit.
