Internet search freeze and WiFi dropping out

Your WiFi and broadband checker says all is good, this is not the case. Internet searches are freezing and WiFi in the kitchen dropping out and going to 4G. I pay for Sky Boost (£6 pm) and cannot get hold of anyone at Sky to arrange to have this addressed at my home. Please help now.....
