Sky internet the orange light goes from green to orange several times a day. its as if the internet does a reboot and goes back to normal. this can happen several times a day. @Sky

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Ben37 Sky wont respond to your post. First point check the connection from the hub to the master socket or ONT is on full fibre as a lose connection will cause the fault.
If thst is sound you internet connection is dropping multiple times each day run the connection test in the My Sky app (ignore the result showing click through to run the test again) while the connection is up as that can book an engineer if the fa ult is present when you call. If that doesnt help give Sky a call so they can get Openreach to check the line.

Thanks, i ran test a coupple of times and it said all was fine, ran again last night and it has said there is a issue and engineer will be sent from openreach next week. dont know if there is a charge it didnt mention so.
