Internet really slow we've done a speed check and it says 7.7 Mbps

Internet very slow, my sky says no issues but when check speed it says 7.7Mbps

@Andycol52  What service are you using to measure this speed and what device are you using to measure the speed with?

 

Do you have a black or white router from Sky?
