Re: Internet poor in my bedroom
Sky loans wireless booster hardware 'free' under the terms of the 'WiFi Guarantee' element of the legacy 'Broadband Boost' add-on and the 'Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' part of the 'WiFi Max' subscription supplement: they don't otherwise provide or sell boosters except to resolve issues with Sky Q. Phoning Sky to go through a telephone diagnosis is required to have a booster or pod allocated to the account. Inevitably some Sky booster hardware has leaked onto a certain auction site and elsewhere online but Sky won't offer support with using these, and Max pods acquired that way won't work at all.
Confusingly the default 'Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' bundled with all new Sky Broadband orders where Boost or Max is not added by the customer doesn't actually provide booster hardware, and is essentially a sales lead generator for the supplements mentioned above plus a one month broadband subscription refund.

What speeds are recorded at the hub?
Does the speed at the hub match the speeds you have subscribed for?
WiFi speeds always degrade the further away from the hub a device is connecting from plus whatever is blocking signal eg walls.
WiFi speeds are nearly always slower than ethernet connections.
While 80 may not be close to speed at the hub, is it sufficient for your current need in your bedroom?
I lose at least a third of my 900 down speed in my home office on the 1st floor from the hub using an expensive wireless backhaul mesh system. No complaints though as it is more than sufficient for WFH

Re: Internet poor in my bedroom
@Sy123456789 WiFi speeds can vary as what appears trivial like moving the hub or device a couple off feet can cause significant signal loss. Multipke source WiFi mesh networks can help and need not be expensive while Sky's WiFi Max is one option the guaranteed speed is only 25Mb/s in every room. Buying your own set up connecting that to the Sky hub by ethernet after disabling the hub's wifi means you can have decent speeds in every room up to 900Mb/s if you really want but be prepared for a sizeable cost be more realistic say 150Mb/s minimum and you can do it for around £100.

Re: Internet poor in my bedroom
@Sy123456789 I wonder what happened for the speed to drop 🤔
As was suggested by @TimmyBGood you could try Sky's boosters.
A couple of ideas.
I don't know if you can change the Wi-Fi signal channel on Sky routers. If you can that can be worth a try using a mobile app that monitors how congested WiFi channels are in your vicinity. I use WiFi Analyzer on my Android phone.
Another suggestion is a DIY mesh system. You can keep the Sky Hub (turn off its WiFi) and run the mesh in Access Point (AP) mode.
Here's a screenshot of my home network.
I get 900/110 at the hub in the hallway.
Nearest wireless mesh node on the same floor in a glass TV cabinet runs at 880/100 (measured using Apple TV & app connected with Ethernet)
1st Floor office speeds 600/100.
2nd floor at the top of the house using an old dual band router runs 400/90.

@Sy123456789 If everything you have is from sky, then you will have auto channel, no changing by you and power off leave 5 minutes back on and let the sky Hub take care off it if it can!
