Internet outage 7/11/2025 & 8/11/2025

I have ran various checks and all shows as being connected and working and have reset the internet on a couple of occasions but in use the broadband keeps dropping out and saying not connected.

I'm having exactly the same issues but on Sky service status it's saying everything is ok in my area.

@Sig1985 @Jules2010 Is anything changing when the connection is changing by looking at the sky hub light or lights, see the link below.

 

This link below provides information about the coloured lights on the various hubs that can help to see what is going on! If the system is also Full Fibre then the lights on the OR ONT also require to be looked at!

@Jules2010 in w hich case sit tight and wait for the issue yo be fixed there is nothing you can do to get it fixed faster. It is highly unlikely that calling Sky will tell you anything more if you call them.

Ok to wait. The service checker was saying everything was ok in my area when I checked it earlier but has now been updated showing there is an issue.

@Jules2010 It does take over an hour to get the updated service information, so before this point information is just not available and the software does the oops, looks like you are good which in fact you are not, trust the lights on the sky Hub if you look at them!
