Internet on but nothing loads on laptop

Says in connected, restarted the router, shows strong signal but nothing on laptop is loading when on web

@Alicja1 check the network settings for the Sky connection on the laptop are getting a valid IP address from the hub. Normally best done by leaving them on automatic
