Internet not working on some phones/devices

Hi, I have my phone and iPad working perfect but for some reason my partners phone will not connect. Sky shield is off, WPA2 active, lost with things to try next. Turned off the router, phones etc and restarted all devices.. mine is still fine but hers no? Any help would be great

@GPC1 Looks like you have the Sky Max hub, so the iPhone will want and prefer to have the hub set for WPA3 mode to start with, so back on the one that is working and set the hub back to that operation. After that it's a call to sky if you are not getting it to work, may just be the MAP-T operation that you have operating with that particular hub, also Shield does take 24hrs to filter through for connection, but it is not a stop to get a phone connected on a wireless wi-fi connection!

@GPC1 What is the sky hub that you have, and also what type is the phone that has the connection issue?
