Internet not working and no one arrived at appointment

i called about this issue last Friday and the gentlemen said that he can see there is an issue with our wifi. He said someone will arrive on 22nd of this month but no one arrived and we still have no wifi. 

I've done all the checks and tried doing everything I can on my own and nothing works

 

please can you help me fix this as a few of people in the house work from home and this is becoming a very big nuisance

If Openreach were tasked to come out and fix the fault you will need to call Sky again for an update.
