Internet (not wifi) still dropping out daily

Following several previous posts we still have this problem. The Internet drops out for approx 2 minutes 4 or 5 times per day.

We have followwd the online fault  checked, nothing showing. We have been on a chat with a helpdesk person who essentially reset the router, we told them we'd done this before, had the router replaced and had an engineer visit but still had to follow this 1st step.

So we reset the router, recorded how many times the Internet dropped over the period of a few days. Because it's an intermittent fault we can't predict when it will happen but because there had been no posts after 48hrs the message was closed.....never to be read again.

So.... can someone please assist. Getting very close to checking out Musks broadband solution or even EE.

Look at how many discussion threads there are talking about Internet drop-outs.  Does this not point to a correlation perhaps?? A wider network issue?? Capacity??

Re: Internet (not wifi) still dropping out daily

Internet connection dropped three times already this morning.  Router reset....no difference. This is not a router issue.
